Current budget ~$17k. Spend is on track for the year.
Forecast 2027-2028+, Professional services require a budget increase.
Every dollar counts:
- Exploring a change of porta potty vendor due to increasing costs.
- Stephen made a change to our PayPal account (acquired the non-profit recognition). Saves us a few hundred dollars a year.
Investment Oversight Committee –
Charter completed. We’re scheduled to do the signing Aug 10.
Members: Ralph Grant (chair/life) Dave Harrington (life), Steve Pokorney (life) Dan Morrison (Pres/life) Wayne Nenninger (Treasurer).
Decision-making requires consensus/all approvals to prevent unilateral actions (board turnover).
Treasurer access for deposits (with oversight); withdrawals require full committee approval.
Field Committee Report – Dave Brown
Use Blackstone grill if you like, but if you do, you must commit to properly cleaning it…there is another grill.
Trash must be removed to stop critter-litter…airplane parts, paper towels, etc, OK. Anything smelly, take it with you.
No driving on the field! We should not have to keep repeating this. The ruts left, even if you don’t stick yourself, make mowing MUCH slower and more difficult. The soil at our field is quite soft.
Kubota is to be sold, Ralph Grant offered to assist with this.
