A Little Unlimited Warbird Eye-candy!
I didn’t do much building yesterday since the finals for the Reno Air Races were streaming on YouTube so I made up for it tonight! In case you were curious, Dreadnaught took the Gold Unlimited’s in the desert with a average speed of about 420mph. We are going for the scale equivalent of about 2x that! As you can see, she’s coming right along. Got all the servos installed and the power system. Still need to do some plastic details like the iconic belly scoop and a few others. Also have to cut some venting in the cowling and epoxy the tail on after I reinforce the elevator and the wing center section…
