- Sport EDF Jets and other 2026 Six Race Pylon Championship Series updates
- Paul to demonstrate wing markings for pylon racing

Membership Report – Greg Tesson
- 44 new/renewed members for 2026
- New membership cards being distributed have important contact info on back.
- Website renewals with credit card now automatically add $5.75 fee for the transaction. No extra charge for check and mail. Agreed and Accepted
- We have changed the Life Member on renewal app. Board approval needed to be Life now. Life membership is a commitment, not a financial arrangement.
RC flight training every Thurs @ 5:30p from mid-May to mid-Oct, approved, will be placed on calendar . Everyone is invited to come out, fly and hang with fellow members. Be ready to jump in and put one of the newbies under your arm and help them.
Treasury Report – Wayne Nenninger
- New Treasurers report was verbal and accepted
- Investment Oversight Committee – Intro
- Our discussion from Nov club meeting was taken up at the BoD mtg. Investment Oversight Committee was ordanized
- Committee composition is current President, current Treasurer and all Life members
- Dave Harrington explained the charter and the nature of the investment plan. Transparency with membership will be a hallmark.
- Members voted in favor of moving forward with charter, signed charter will be emailed to members.
- Safety Committee Chair/FAA Liaison – Dave Harrington appointed and accepted.
Field Committee Report – Dave Brown
- Freeze-lift runway issue not evident yet. Topping tree directly on centerline at the West end of field is a hard NO! per Larry Ostmann. Ongoing mole battle.
- Dave Brown and Dave Harrington have updated the pylon flags and the US flag. Ongoing mole battle. Dave Brown is very engaged in all aspects of maintaining our field. Thanks Dave!
- Mar 21, Sat 12p – Field Maintenance Day. Check the Field Maintenance Job Jar on website, tackle what you think you can.

- Bart Asher plans to CD a Jet Fly-In, as well as the Sep 12 Airshow/Fun-Fly and will also produce a club promo video
