Treasury Report – Wayne Nenninger
Treasurers report was accepted. Dan Morrison noted that the report lacks YTD and budget info.
Current avg annual income is about $15k, nondiscretionary spending uses virtually all of it. There is no funding available for discretionary spending (sealing, repairs, upgrades, nada). We are expected to run a $5k annual deficit once Dave & Terry can no longer mow.
Safety Report – Sid Kinzel
Sid would like to step down at Safety Chair, would anyone be interested in this position? None voiced.
No interest voiced in any other chair position, either.

- Sat Sept 13, 3rd Annual Fun Fly & Airshow – Bart Asher did a fantastic job, much thanks to the numerous volunteers. Wide turnout, hundreds of new people saw our best on display and we bonused around $1000!

- Sat 11 Oct 4pm – Annual Bonfire and Night Fly @ Gizzie Field
- 2025 Pylon Champions Series – Round 6 Oct 18, Steve Cross to CD. R
- Remember that everyone must drop one weekend’s scoring for final points tabulation for Championship.
- Be ready to declare this by Oct 18 race date so final Championships can be awarded.
- I want everyone that is participating in these events to help hone the rules/processes for the series.
- There will be an email chain, try to be constructive, lets improve on what I believe was a relatively successful inaugural season. We need more participation, so lets focus on how we do that.

Club officer elections (Bylaws Art. 3)
This is our October meeting, so Pres, VP, Secretary and Treasurer are up for a vote. Online voting started a week ago and has closed. All those that wish to participate in these capacities should be nominated by now, are there any others for consideration? The new officers will assume their positions at the conclusion of this mtg.
